Shipping Policy
APPAREL
Manufacturing and shipping for apparel is done by Printful. Due to the nature of the products being made-to-order, shipping may be longer than expected.
Estimated delivery times for apparel is between 7-30 days depending on the region/country. Tracking numbers are provided.

STICKERS & PRINTS
Manufacturing and shipping for stickers & prints are done by RedBubble. Due to the nature of the products being made-to-order, shipping may be longer than expected. RedBubble will provide estimates at purchase and tracking numbers are provided.

BOOKS
Packing and shipping is done in Australia by Cass directly. Please allow 2-10 days for orders to be fulfilled, as books may need to be ordered from the printer. Estimated delivery times are between 7-30 days depending on the region/country. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

E-BOOKS
Payment & delivery of e-book purchases are done by BookFunnel. You will be directed to a separate landing page for purchase, and emailed receipts and instructions for download will be sent by BookFunnel.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
APPAREL
Due to the nature of the products being made-to-order, purchases are final, so returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

BOOKS
Due to the nature of the products being print-to-order and personalised, once the order has been sent, purchases are final, so returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

BOOKS WITH DEFECTS
It will be assumed that it is known and accepted by the purchaser that purchasing a book with defects will arrive with some sort of damage/defect. Defect purchases are final, so returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.
BOOKS DAMAGE
Books are packed with care, marked as 'fragile' and packaged securely to prevent damage to products. Once they have been sent, we do not accept any responsibility for damaged products while in transit.
